EAW128c and frmation.dat

Hello everybody

I would like to change flight formation for EAW 128c. I know that there is a frmation.dat file that was created to easily modify that.

Is there a file description / file format documentation available ?
Is there any editor program available to edit this file ?

The Gen (along with the rest of Crosswinds.net) seems to have been dysfunctional since 31st May. I'll look this stuff out and get back to you.
