Planesets

This scenario is the first part of the China Resistance War from 1937 to 1939 i.e. before the AVG Flying Tigers.

I think we should have three separate planesets (which 1.6 allows us to have) for the three years 1937, 1938, and 1939.

Broad information about those years:

1937: China airforce as it enters the war, together with the very first international volounteer squad (US, British, others)/Early Japanese aircarft

1938: China airforce with newer aircraft, together with the Soviet Volunteer Group/newer Japanese aircraft

1939: China airforce+SVG/newer Japanese aircraft
