My W10 computer has gone do-lally. It has required a fresh windows install. I think have all eaw stuff backed up, but it's going to be a faff putting everything back where it should be.

Well, at least you don't have to sit around the fire for the next week or so gazing at your navel.
FWIW, I have a dedicated 20 year old Dell PC with Windows Vista just for EAW. I think my wife is gonna have it buried with me, like the Vikings did with their dogs.

This a Dell, W10. I inherited it from Krys when she moved up to something better. It cost £1200 in 2012, was then specifically setup for graphic work.
Cross fingers, it has been performing okay since windows reinstall, but I'm still wary.
Most of data saved, including all EAW stuff. Biggest casualty is my internet links, 25 year's worth. The one thing that I hadn't backed up. Always something. Luckily have most passwords saved.
